Practical Exploration of the "Three-Teacher Classroom" in Third Grade

Abstract: The third grade represents a critical transitional period in primary school physical education,shifting from playful experiences toward standardized skill acquisition. Key challenges in practice include theprecision of skill instruction, considerable individual differences among students, and the sustained maintenanceof interest in sports. The "Three-Teacher Classroom" establishes a new instructional paradigm through theefficient collaboration of the teacher, the "litle teacher" (student peer tutor), and the Al-powered intelligentteacher, offering an effective pathway to address these issues. Based on a one-academic-year teachingintervention in the third grade at Zhongnan Primary School, this paper systematically elaborates the applicationmethods and optimization strategies of the "Three-Teacher Classroom" in primary school physical educationfrom the dimensions of theoretical delineation, practical implementation, effectiveness analysis, and experiencesynthesis. Concrete teaching episodes are incorporated to cnhance practical guidance, with the aim of providingreferences for similar educational practices.
