Practical Exploration of "Three-Teacher" Collaborative Education: Taking
Primary School Science Education as an Example

Abstract: To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party ofChina and the spirit of the National Education Conference, and fulfill the strategic deployment of "promotingthe high-quality development of basic education and strengthening practical education" in the Education PowerConstruction Plan (2024-2035), Shunyi School of Zhongguancun No.1 Primary School aims to solve thepractical dilemmas in primary school science education, such as insuficient teacher allocation, difficulty inachieving full coverage of experimental teaching, and the disconnection between textbook knowledge and lifepractice. Taking Tao Xingzhi's educational thoughts, including "life education", "integration of teaching.learning and doing" and "little teacher system", as its theoretical foundation, and combining with theadvantages of AI technology in the digital era, the school innovatively constructs a trinity "three-teacher"collaborative education model consisting of "teachers, little teachers and AI intelligent teachers". By clarifyingthe core positioning and collaborative logic of the three roles, developing life-scenario courses such as "wetland exploration" and "farm practice", building a comprehensive practical space, and establishing a multi-dimensional guarantee system, an educational closed loop of "goal design-practical exploration- achievement transformation-reflection and optimization" has been formed.
