Abstract: Kindergarten-based teaching research is a core pathway for improving the quality of childcareand education as well as teachers' professional competence in kindergartens. However, current practicescommonly face issues such as vague themes, monotonous formats, passive participation, and delayed feedback, which severely constrain its implemented effectiveness. Taking Xiamen Lakeside Garden Kindergarten as apractical case, this paper systematically elucidates the connotation and characteristics of real-time evaluation.Supported by constructivist learning theory, sociocultural theory, and formative assessment concepts, it examinesthe practical value of real-time evaluation in strengthening teachers' assessment awareness, clarifying teachingresearch objectives, and promoting interactive collaboration. The study focuses on exploring implementationstrategies encompassing "creating an open evaluation environment-establishing a ‘Three-Haves' teachingresearch frameworkconstructing a ‘Three-Link, Eight-Step' model". Through practical validation, it demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach in optimizing teachers' observational capabilities, focusingresearch themes, and strengthening peer collaboration, thereby offering a practical paradigm for kindergartensseeking to enhance the quality of their teaching research.
