Abstract: With the decp integration of educational digitalization and teaching refor, the "Three-TeachersClassroom" has emerged as a critical pathway for optimizing teacher allocation and innovating teachingmodels, representing a key exploration in driving high-quality educational development. This study focuses onthe teaching practice of "Three Teachers Collaborating on an Ode to China-Learming to Write Poetry" withinthe context of high school Chinese poetry creation. Based on this lesson example, this paper elaborates on theconnotation and role positioning of the collaborative teaching model involving the "Teacher-Student Leader-AlAssistant". It constructs a "T-S-A Three-Stage Closed-Loop Collaboration" application model, centered on "Ignition: Contextual Perception and Inspiration Stimulation", "Practice: Creative Practice and CollaborativeRefinement", and "Elevation: Showcasing Outcomes and Reflective Transfer"., Through role redefinition andprocess reengineering, the model effectively addresses challenges in traditional poetry teaching, such as lowstudent interest, simplistic imagery, and high barriers to creation. It demonstrates significant effectiveness inpromoting the development of students'core competencies-including language construction and application, aesthetic appreciation and creation, and culural inheritance and understanding-as well as in enhancingcollaborative skills, technological literacy, and innovative spirit.
