Abstract: This paper situates itself within the research domain of "Life-Practice" education, positing thatin the AI era, such education requires two core transformations: shifing from "adapting to real society" to"adapting to a society of virtual-physical integration," and evolving from "hands-on engagement" to"human-machine collaboration." At the strategic level of enhancing the "Six Capabilities" in "Life-Practice"education, the study proposes three key approaches: cultivating practical capability and creativity throughintelligently generated practice scenarios; deepening leamning capability and autonomy via personalized learningscaffolds; and strengthening collaborative capability and life capability by constructing a "triple-teacherclassroom" featuring teacher-student-machine collaboration. For the measurement of the Six Capabilitiesenhancement effects, a self-developed effect measurement scale is designed, providing a scientific assessmenttool for evaluating the impact of AI empowerment on the improvement of these capabilities.
