[Abstract]: At present, with the digital economy increasingly intertwined with the real economy and thecontinued deepening of employment-first policies, the employment landscape for university graduates in musicand dance is characterised by a diverse range of job types, fexible career pathways, and fragmented sup-ply-and-demand information. The creation of an employment database specifically for these graduates is notonly a cnucial step towards improving and strengthening the high-quality employment service system, but also anecessary measure for promoting the development of artistic talent, addressing the needs of related industries, and fostering the coordinated development of regional cultural industries. This article analyses the necessity.practical challenges and implementation pathways, arguing that efforts should focus on standardisation, regionalcoordination, a people-centred apprach and institutional safeguards to build a comprehensive data platformcovering student competencies, job requirements and the employment process.
