Abstract: Guided by the principles of positive psychology, this paper focuses on the role ofpositive emotional experiences in enhancing middle school students' sense of life value. Drawingon practical experience from the Penn Resilience Program and other initiatives, it localizes andschool-based adapts relevant curricula, exploring diverse practical pathways. The practice isorganized around five objectives-cognition, experience, behavior, value, and ecology-and isimplemented through three major strategies: thematic teaching of salience experience, subject-infused instruction of "life strengths", and daily embedding of "positive experience of life value".These strategies span course instruction, class management, and daily life scenarios, therebyconstructing a home-school collaborative support network for life value education. The practicehas achieved notable outcomes in terms of perspective innovation, strong operability and tangibledeliverables. Meanwhile, it reflects on issues such as the alignment of students' cognitive levelsand the adequacy of teachers'professional competencies and proposes directions for optimization,offering a replicable practical framework for enhancing middle school students' sense of life value.
