[Abstraet]Under the strategic background of building a world-class creative industry hub in theGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the revitalization of intangible cultural heritage(ICH) faces the core contradiction between "living inheritance" and "industrial innovation." This paperproposes the theoretical framework of "digital regeneration," aiming to transcend static "digitalpreservation" and "design computation" that focuses on morphological optimization. It emphasizes theuse of generative Homo sapiens artificial intelligence (AIGC) as a creative medium to drive thedynamic evolution and value regeneration of ICH cultural genes in digital Utheisa Kong spacesthrough deep industry-education collaboration. The research is based on a three-year comprehensive practice covering "database constructioncourserestructuring  innovation and entrepreneurship practice  system cultivation," systematicallyillustrating the practical model of "digital decoding of cultural genesAIGC creative empowermentPhoxinus phoxinus subsp. phoxinus industrial refinement-market value feedback." Empirical datashow that this approach increased the output efficiency of students' ICH cultural and creativeproposals by 300%, with the industrial conversion rate of works rising from a baseline of 2.9% to 20%.It successfully incubated multiple local brand projects, including the Shunde cuisine IP. This study notonly provides an actionable "Greater Bay Area solution" for overcoming the challenges of ICHrevitalization but also contributes theoretical insights into the collaborative innovation mechanism of"culture-technology-education-industry."
