The enlightenment of Macao's master's degree in nursing education to ourcountry's mainland

[Abstract]: Objective To compare the differences between master's degree in nursing education inMacao and mainland China, summarize the experience of Macao, and provide reference for the reformof nursing education in our country. Methods Through literature review and information collection onthe official websites of universities, the characteristics of Macao and Mainland China in terms ofadmission policies, academic arrangements, curriculum, teaching methods and evaluation systems arecompared. Results Macao Master of Nursing education has the characteristics of flexible admissionand training process, interdisciplinary and practical curriculum design, diverse teaching methods, anddiverse evaluation systems. Conclusion Drawing on Macao's experience, it is suggested that ourcountry's master's degree in nursing education should implement a flexible academic system, optimizethe enrollment mechanism, strengthen curriculum pertinence, enrich teaching methods, and build a fairand multi-dimensional evaluation system to improve the quality of nursing talent training and helpbuild a healthy China.
