AI-Driven Reshape Research on Leadership in the Modern Logistics Industry

Abstract:Little attention has been devoted to the AI-driven impacts of leadership in the modern logistics industry. This article focuses on exploring how leadership is influenced in the transformation of traditional logistics into modern logistics through artificial intelligence. It combines practical experience with management theory, studying the reshaping of leadership in modern logistics through the three dimensions of the AI Leadership Configuration Framework(ALCF): strategic coordination, capability reconstruction, and governance & legitimacy. It also analyzes how the leadership framework works through an orderly and interdependent synergy mechanism in logistics operations.
