Historical Progress and Future Paths of Educational Discipline Research in China

A review based on relevant academic literature

[Abstract]:Insights from literature analysis on the educational discipline theme in CNKI, using theliterature analysis method to retrace the research history, the research on educational discipline in China hasgone through four stages: the difficult sprouting, steady development, rapid prosperity, and the downward trend.The research themes are clustered in: the connotation af educational discipline, the right to educationaldiscipline, the necesity and legitimacy of educational discipline, and the implementation of educationaldiscipline. Examining past research, it is found that there are deficiencies such as disciplinary barriers toresearch, insufficient research motivation, and insufficient practical concerns. Future research should strengthenthe integration of disciplines, deepen the unexplored issues, and focus on the theoretical construction andpractical improvement of "how to discipline"
