The Optimization Path of the Vocational Teacher Development
System in the New Era Empowered by Artificial Intelligence

[Abstract] The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology presents an opportunity for asystematic restructuring of the professional teacher development system. Currently, China's vocational teachingworkforce faces deep-rooted challenges, including insufficient "dual-qualified" competencies, uneven resourceallocation, ambiguous prolessional identity, rigid evaluation mechanisms, and inadequate human-machinecollaboration capabilities. Leveraging AI technology, "diagnosis - empowerment - collaboration - evaluationgovemance"a new five-dimensional framework for vocational teacher development has been established. Thisframework proposes concrete optimization pathways across dimensions such as intelligent diagnostic systems,personalized development plans, cultivation of human-machine collaborative competencies, dynamic evaluationmechanisms, and modemized governance capabilities, aiming to provide theoretical references and practicalguidance for building a robust vocational teaching workforce in the new era.
