AbStract: Against the backdrop of digital transformation in education, internationalSTEM courses like AP Calculus have long faced uneven quality and resource mismatches dueto experience-driven teaching models. The research explores AI's role in teaching practice, system development and assessment optimization. Through dynamic visualization, knowledgegraphs, resource matrix construction and global benchmarking, AI facilitates a shift fromstatic, isolated systems to dynamic, collaborative ones. The core value of AI lies in freeingteachers from routine tasks, transitioning them from construction workers to facilitatorsof higher-order thinking. A human-AI collaborative ecosystem offers an effective pathwaytoward evidence-based instruction and improved quality in international talent cultivation.
